Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Overview:
We have an opening for a Clinic Director to join us and experience a level of caring, teamwork and clinician-centered development that is uncommon in PT today.
The Clinic Director is a Licensed Therapist who is responsible for leading the clinic through ATIs mission, vision and values to develop a high performing team which consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes.
In this role, you will have a direct reporting relationship to ATIs District Director.
This is a management role where you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervision of clinic staff as well as patient treatment.
The Clinic Director role may span management of between approximately 1-3 clinics.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as directed by your manager- Responsible for clinic staffing levels- Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community- Build a team culture which aligns with ATIs mission- Support development of team members to ensure high performance.
This includes feeling comfortable in providing critical feedback when necessary and annual performance development discussions- Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapywith an emphasis towards compassionate, comprehensive and evidenced based approaches, restoring patients to full functionality- Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources- Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance- Schedule management
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college- Must be a licensed PT, OT or PTA, or license eligible in the state of Wisconsin.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional- Proficient in basic technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and feel comfortable reviewing reports and metrics- Ability to stand, stoop and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift- The Clinic Director must encompass strong time-management skills and have the ability to seamlessly follow company directives to ensure continuity across clinicsexperience for anyone that enters the clinic- Exhibit a passion for physical therapy and patient outcomes- Natural born leader with the ability to drive performance and motivate employees Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Health Care Leadership Metrics Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
